About the role
- Oversee the Client Service Resource Library ensuring high standards
- Curate & optimize technical documentation and process workflows
- Lead live technical training sessions
- Maintain and evolve the resource library
- Partner with service teams to document workflows within the Project Management System
- Document all workflows affected by General Ledger implementations and lead internal rollout strategy
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in the alternative asset industry (Venture Capital or Private Equity preferred)
- In-depth understanding of US GAAP and partnership accounting
- Experience as an external auditor or CPA certification is a major plus
- Ability to explain complex concepts into manageable workflows
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver
- Proficient in Notion, Microsoft Excel, and industry-specific accounting systems such as Xero, FundCount, or Dynamo
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote environment
