Data Engineer

• Understand distributed technologies and the best practices around them
• Build and maintain services/features/libraries that serve as definitive examples for new engineers
• Design and write effective, complex Spark jobs (data processes, aggregations, pipeline)
• Design and write complex asynchronous, highly parallel, low-latency APIs and processes
• Use Gen AI tools (e.g. code assistants, AI docs) to boost speed, quality, and team efficiency
• Work as part of an Agile team to maintain, improve, and monitor Adthena's data collection processes using Scala and Java
• Apply industry practices such as TDD and SOLID, and also Adthena's Engineering Practices
• Understand and be able to apply data structures and algorithms
• Understand Adthena's data architecture and use appropriate design patterns
• Design and implement databases for relational and non-relational storage technologies.
• Support our Data Science team to help deliver their machine learning models into production environments

Senior Data Engineer

Business Development Rep

• Maintain consistent outbound activity across calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new meetings.
• Book meetings with qualified personas who are from your assigned TAM.
• Work closely with the AE team to align on target accounts and maximise meeting quality.
• Engage in early discovery conversations to identify pain points and qualify interest.
• Take a consultative approach and propose solutions based on the Adthena Value Proposition, leveraging Adthena case studies and use cases.
• Meet, if not exceed, monthly targets and document activity within Salesforce.
• Use tools like Outreach, Orum, and Sales Navigator to plan and scale outreach effectively.
• Navigate conversations with technical and economic buyers at a strategic level (C-Suite, VP or Director).
• Conduct thorough research on strategic accounts to identify key business priorities and potential engagement opportunities.
• Work closely with the AE team to build qualified pipeline.
• Track and report on your KPIs such as outreach volume, meetings booked, and conversion rates.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and Google’s recent updates/ developments.
• Eager to advance within the sales organisation by creating a positive impact both within the role and in the broader organisation.

Business Development Representative

Account Manager

• Ownership of small, medium and enterprise customers, totalling $1.5-2million in ARR.
• Deliver retention in excess of 90% each financial quarter for renewing clients in your allocated book of business (25 - 30 customers)
• Working across various verticals, with both clients direct and agencies at several levels (including C suite) to understand both overt and discreet needs.
• An ability to foster and build strategic relationships to understand and record Adthena’s impact on outcomes and results. To ensure ongoing satisfaction to aid in the renewal of engagements.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (CS, Product, Finance) on renewal strategy
• Build relationships with senior and economic stakeholders
• Identify risks and opportunities by customer
• Create and execute recovery plans for clients who are deemed at risk

Account Executive

• Manage the sales process end-to-end, including prospecting, relationship-building, qualification, pitch presentations & product demonstrations over the web, writing proposals, and negotiating & closing business
• Partner closely with Marketing, SDRs, Product and Customer Success to unlock new opportunities, hit ambitious revenue targets, and establish Adthena as the competitive intelligence partner of choice in the region.

• Master MEDDPICC to drive and grow your opportunities
• Drive new business opportunities across your assigned vertical(s), connecting with C-level to C-2 business leaders
• Understand the challenges your prospective customers face related to new customer acquisition, digital advertising and budget efficiency, and learn to position the Adthena solution appropriately
• Work with internal champions to build and deliver ROI assessments within your accounts to prove the value of the Adthena solution and close strategic deals
• Consistently build external technical and business champions to land new logos to the tune of an >$800k ARR annual quota
• Develop 15-20% of your sales pipeline on your own, with the remaining coming from your own BDR & Marketing, with the ability to manage numerous transactions simultaneously through the sales funnel in <100 days
• Execute your own contracts and commercial negotiations with prospects to close opportunities with a 30% win rate

Performance Marketing

• Reporting to Josh Baines, Director of Customer Success
• Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid) OR US Remote (CT or ET)
• Act as a strategic partner to customers, enabling platform adoption and providing SEM best practices
• Deliver bespoke Solution Services with support from the BI team
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention by partnering with Account Managers
• Arrange calls and F2F meetings with stakeholders; manage up to 20 clients over time
• Drive engagement via monthly catch-ups and contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews
• Co-own success plans with clients, guide through milestones, capture outcomes
• Provide feedback internally to product and management as the voice of the customer
• Conduct Business Reviews with senior stakeholders and build referable relationships
• Identify upsell opportunities and provide value on current subscription
• Deliver exceptional client experience leading to 90%+ gross revenue retention
