About the role
- As an Account Manager, you are the main point of contact between our agency and our clients.
- You communicate directly with clients, schedule meetings, and develop ideas to increase clients' sales and profits on Amazon.
- As an Account Manager, you handle operational tasks related to Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts. This includes creating products and variations, producing A+ content, updating the Brand Store, conducting keyword research, and preparing FBA shipments.
- You will manage approximately 8–10 clients concurrently on a recurring monthly basis.
- You share your hands-on experience with our team so everyone can benefit from your insights.
- In collaboration with our designer, you develop high-resolution, unique product images to increase our clients' sales and profits.
Requirements
- You have at least 2 years of hands-on experience selling on Amazon and working in Amazon Seller Central.
- Family and friends describe you as a communicative, outgoing person who loves developing and presenting ideas.
- You are known for working in a detail-oriented and proactive manner.
