Marketplace Manager – Amazon

Ecommerce

• Create and maintain products: keep listings, variants, and flat files clean and up to date in the catalog.
• Conduct keyword research for new and ongoing Amazon campaigns.
• Assist in campaign management, monitoring bids, budgets, and campaign structure.
• Handle Amazon cases and troubleshoot account issues when they arise.
• Prepare and monitor FBE deliveries/shipments.
• Contribute to AMC analyses, for example customer lifetime value or brand effects at the keyword level.
• Prepare data and reports for the account managers.

E-commerce Specialist

• As E‑Commerce Manager, you are the primary point of contact at our agency for our clients.
• You communicate directly with clients, schedule meetings, and develop strategies to increase clients' sales and profitability on Amazon.
• You handle operational tasks related to Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts.
• This includes creating product listings and variations, producing A+ content, updating the Brand Store, conducting keyword research, and preparing FBA shipments.
• You will simultaneously manage approximately 8–10 clients on a monthly recurring basis.
• You share your hands‑on experience with our team so we can all benefit from your insights.
• In collaboration with our designer, you develop high‑resolution, unique product imagery to drive clients' sales and profitability.

E‑Commerce Manager – Amazon Focus

• Strategische Steuerung großer oder komplexer Kundenaccounts mit Fokus auf Sponsored Products, Brands, Display und ggf. DSP
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung kanalübergreifender Kampagnenstrategien zur Erreichung definierter KPIs (TACoS, ROAS, Umsatz, Markenbekanntheit)
• Eigenverantwortliche Budget- und Forecastplanung inklusive saisonaler Performance-Steuerung
• Erstellung und Präsentation von Quartals- oder Jahresstrategien (Roadmaps, Performance-Prognosen, Handlungsempfehlungen)
• Fachliches Sparring und Coaching von Advertising Specialists und Junior-Manager:innen
• Aktive Mitarbeit an internen Prozessen, Qualitätsstandards und Skalierungsstrategien
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Teamleads, Geschäftsführung und anderen Abteilungen (Content, Creative, Project Management)
• Identifikation neuer Hebel, Formate und Tests zur kontinuierlichen Performance-Optimierung

Advertising Manager

• Strategic management of large or complex client accounts with a focus on Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and, where applicable, DSP
• Development and implementation of cross-channel campaign strategies to achieve defined KPIs (TACoS, ROAS, revenue, brand awareness)
• Independent budget and forecast planning, including seasonal performance management
• Creation and presentation of quarterly or annual strategies (roadmaps, performance forecasts, recommended actions)
• Technical sparring and coaching of Advertising Specialists and Junior Managers
• Active contribution to internal processes, quality standards and scaling strategies
• Close collaboration with team leads, executive management and other departments (Content, Creative, Project Management)
• Identification of new levers, formats and tests for continuous performance optimization
