About the role
- Develops relationships with clients via development of client's business within the platform (cooperation with the current client's product and current terms) or outside the platform by consulting on current market trends
- Proposes new product solutions (in specific GEO/ launch of different ads formats/ for new clients products) to obtain better performance
- Works on internal and external optimization of active clients to achieve higher performance (according to clients KPIs) proposes actions to balance and increase of the general revenues of AdsKeeper from the cooperation with clients, protecting their interests
- Communicates with the active clients on optimization, providing full support; marketing activities (benefits, bonuses, promotional materials); clients interests for further product development
- Reconnects with clients that stopped cooperation with the purpose to resume the collaboration, possibly with adjustments in current terms of work
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in support/account management
- Strategic thinking
- Open to work online/ self-learning
- Stress resilience
- High level of negotiation skills
- Ability to maintain an active cooperation with clients, upsell and optimize campaigns
- Experience in AdTech/MarTech companies
- Deep knowledge of digital assets (ad formats, ad campaigns, native advertising solutions)
- Understanding marketing analytics tools
- Excellent sales and business development skills, with a track record of key performance metrics
- Connections with clients in the industry
- Proactive, sales-oriented person
- Fluent in writing and speaking English
- Will be a plus: Experience in working for our competitors, Knowledge of additional foreign language, Big experience in support or account management
