• Define and execute client acquisition strategy aligned with product, supply, and company growth priorities
• Build and manage a predictable acquisition engine (channels, ICPs, pipeline quality, conversion)
• Lead and develop the Sales Acquisition team: hiring, coaching, performance management, deal support
• Ensure consistent delivery of team targets (volume, quality, revenue impact)
• Personally drive high-value negotiations and strategic deals with key advertisers and partners
• Leverage and expand personal network to unlock new business opportunities
• Ensure quality of acquired demand (fit, scalability, LTV potential), not just volume
• Monitor and optimize pipeline performance and conversion across stages

• Develop and execute Adskeeper’s growth strategy as an independent business direction, with a focus on revenue growth and product scaling
• Identify new growth opportunities, including: ad formats (including push, popunder, and in-app), traffic sources, monetization models, and market approaches
• Work closely with the product team, influencing feature development, monetization logic, and user experience
• Partner with marketing on positioning, go-to-market strategy, and client acquisition
• Build and scale relationships with advertisers and publishers, identifying new segments and growth opportunities
• Analyze the market, competitors, and trends to strengthen Adskeeper’s positioning
• Launch new revenue streams and scale existing ones
• Manage priorities and resources to deliver key business metrics
