About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Acquire new clients in alignment with company priorities and product focus
- Manage your own sales pipeline effectively: from lead generation to conversion and closing
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets (volume, quality, and revenue impact)
- Personally drive negotiations and close high-value deals with key advertisers and partners
- Leverage and expand your personal network to unlock new business opportunities
- Focus on the quality and scalability of acquired demand (ICP and LTV potential), not just raw volume
- Monitor and optimize your own pipeline performance and conversion rates across all sales stages
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to refine your selling approach
- Gather and share market insights and client feedback to contribute to new product/format development
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, affiliates, and partners
- Provide clear visibility and regular updates to management regarding your pipeline, results, and risks
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in client acquisition within affiliate marketing / adtech (Gambling, Dating, Nutra, etc.)
- Strong understanding of the arbitrage ecosystem end-to-end: traffic sources, affiliate & ad networks, funnels, trackers, monetization
- Hands-on experience working with global markets across Tier 1–3 GEOs and active participation in industry conferences
- Strong network of advertisers / affiliates
- Proven ability to build quality pipeline and close high-value deals
- Experience with lead generation channels and tools (Telegram, LinkedIn, spy tools, AdPlexity, etc.)
- Deep understanding of ad formats (native, push, pop, display) and advertiser needs
- Strong negotiation skills, ownership, strategic thinking, and business-oriented mindset
