About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Acquire new clients in alignment with company priorities and product focus
  • Manage your own sales pipeline effectively: from lead generation to conversion and closing
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets (volume, quality, and revenue impact)
  • Personally drive negotiations and close high-value deals with key advertisers and partners
  • Leverage and expand your personal network to unlock new business opportunities
  • Focus on the quality and scalability of acquired demand (ICP and LTV potential), not just raw volume
  • Monitor and optimize your own pipeline performance and conversion rates across all sales stages
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to refine your selling approach
  • Gather and share market insights and client feedback to contribute to new product/format development
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, affiliates, and partners
  • Provide clear visibility and regular updates to management regarding your pipeline, results, and risks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in client acquisition within affiliate marketing / adtech (Gambling, Dating, Nutra, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of the arbitrage ecosystem end-to-end: traffic sources, affiliate & ad networks, funnels, trackers, monetization
  • Hands-on experience working with global markets across Tier 1–3 GEOs and active participation in industry conferences
  • Strong network of advertisers / affiliates
  • Proven ability to build quality pipeline and close high-value deals
  • Experience with lead generation channels and tools (Telegram, LinkedIn, spy tools, AdPlexity, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of ad formats (native, push, pop, display) and advertiser needs
  • Strong negotiation skills, ownership, strategic thinking, and business-oriented mindset
