Security Operations

• Report to the Director of Security as part of the Cybersecurity team
• Serve as primary point of contact for external auditors and manage SOC 2 Type II audit documentation
• Identify and reduce security and compliance risks across product-related issues and external systems
• Improve compliance processes, including automation and use of platforms like Vanta
• Oversee and track timely fixes for vulnerabilities found by tools like Orca Security
• Guide incident response processes, ensure appropriate logging and monitoring with Datadog, and manage follow-up actions
• Provide technical support for regulatory compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA)
• Collaborate daily with product, engineering, legal, and HR teams

Security Operations Engineer

• Report to the Director of Security and serve as a key member of the Cybersecurity team
• Maintain and improve security across external systems and product-related issues
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and take ownership of SOC 2 Type II audit
• Identify and reduce security and compliance risks, focusing on product-related issues and external systems
• Improve compliance processes using automation and compliance platforms (e.g., Vanta)
• Oversee vulnerability management and ensure timely fixes for vulnerabilities identified by tools like Orca Security
• Guide incident response processes, ensure proper logging and monitoring with Datadog, and act as project manager for follow-up actions
• Provide technical knowledge to implement and enforce legal requirements (GDPR, CCPA)
• Collaborate daily with product, engineering, legal, and HR teams and act as liaison to external auditors

Account Executive

• Own the full sales cycle: identify, nurture, and close new business opportunities
• Consistently achieve quarterly sales quotas by managing a robust pipeline and leveraging outbound sales strategies
• Conduct consultative sales calls and presentations, deeply understanding customer needs and positioning our solutions effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and smooth onboarding
• Share valuable market insights and customer feedback to influence product development
