About the role
- Assist in managing the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates using various platforms including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support hiring managers in defining job requirements and preparing job descriptions.
- Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and attract talent.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruiting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
- Enthusiasm for learning and developing a career in recruiting.
- Experience in the technology or digital industry is a plus.
