About the role
- Shape and deliver enterprise sales processes to drive pipeline creation and accelerate deal progression
- Partner with the SPP regional Director, regional leadership, and cross-functional teams (Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing, Partners, Enablement)
- Lead design and execution of programs that create, prioritize, and progress opportunities across all stages of the pipeline
- Build and roll out best practices, tools, and frameworks for account planning, territory strategy, and pipeline management
- Act as a connector across regions and functions to support adoption of new systems, training, and communications
- Define success metrics, track performance, and use insights to continuously improve pipeline velocity, coverage, and conversion
- Drive innovation using data, AI, and analytics to make processes smarter, faster, and more impactful
- Success measured by large deal pipeline creation and progression, time-to-close, close rate, and stakeholder alignment
Requirements
- 10+ years of complex program management experience dealing with stakeholders in multiple sub-regions, countries, and/or industries
- Proven ability to design and deliver programs in sales operations, enablement, strategy, or business development
- Sales know-how with strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles
- Experience shaping business objectives, analysing programs, and creating actionable plans
- Skilled at building trust and influence across diverse, global, and senior-level teams
- Comfortable with data and metrics to drive decisions and track impact
- Ability to simplify complex problems into clear solutions
- Curious, adaptable, and resilient under pressure
- Practical problem-solving and creative thinking
