Administer/design inside/tele sales representatives’ sales incentive plan for North American segment
Train, mentor, coach, and supervise inside/tele sales staff
Prioritize and allocate resources and work with field sales to provide field support
Develop channel partnerships and market development; set targets and ensure revenue generation
Lead strategic initiatives to enable Digital Sales team to exceed sales goals and KPIs across North America
Responsible for Adobe Digital Media portfolio performance
Develop sales strategy, pilot pitches, and reduce customer cancellations
Build product knowledge of Adobe features, benefits, pricing, and services and coach team on customer needs
Partner with Marketing, Sales Operations, Business Units, and Corporate Retention to source and execute campaigns
Analyze business goals, customer and agent data, and daily reports to identify continuous improvement areas
Provide feedback loop with worldwide stakeholders on execution and pilot/test campaigns
Partner with Employee Experience on recruiting strategy, training and development, counseling, performance reviews, and compensation planning
Develop key performance metrics and dashboards to focus sales on performance drivers
Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and prepare ICX sales performance reports
Develop and improve lead qualification criteria and implement action plans when goals/SLAs are not met
Implement and review policies, business metrics, productivity and operating structure; provide weekly reporting on leads, conversions, opportunities, and campaign effectiveness
Track daily, weekly, and monthly activity and productivity metrics and turn data into insights to solve business problems
Requirements
Postgraduate with over 10 years of experience in Field Sales and/or Digital Sales
Proven ability to effectively manage people, hire and train, coach new sales team members
Demonstrated success defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies
Advanced knowledge of Sales Operations and technology used in Digital sales
Thought leadership on Sales, Customer Success and Subscription management
Experience managing remote/virtual teams and motivating staff with high EQ
Ability to compile sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate results into actionable deliverables
Willingness to work across shifts
Working closely with North American customers in EDT/EST time zone
