- Design and develop products and tools by refining and enhancing initial requirements
- Select and justify the use of appropriate tools and technologies for optimal outcomes
- Break down high-level requirements into actionable tasks and deliverables
- Build and optimize cost-efficient, highly available microservices
- Lead complex, large-scale projects in an Agile environment using Java, Scala, and Python
- Explore and build intelligent solutions using various large language models (LLMs)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
- Communicate effectively with leadership to align on goals and strategic direction
- Evangelize innovative ideas across teams and organizational boundaries
- Serve as a technical leader, mentor team members, and foster continuous learning
Requirements
- Experience designing and developing products and tools by refining and enhancing initial requirements
- Ability to select and justify appropriate tools and technologies
- Experience breaking down high-level requirements into actionable tasks and deliverables
- Experience building and optimizing cost-efficient, highly available microservices
- Experience leading complex, large-scale projects in an Agile environment
