About the role

  • Define the vision and roadmap for how users experience and adopt premium product value.
  • Lead end-to-end ownership of key user journeys from concept through launch and iteration.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Core Product, Engagement, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data Science and Finance to drive aligned execution.
  • Use customer insight and experimentation to improve engagement, value realization, and decision-making.
  • Establish success metrics and communicate progress, learnings, and tradeoffs to leadership.
  • Influence adjacent teams and product areas to ensure a cohesive, high-quality user experience.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within growth, engagement, or subscription-based products.
  • Proven experience owning user journeys that introduce advanced or premium capabilities at scale.
  • Strong understanding of how product usage, value realization, and habit formation influence customer subscription decisions.
  • Experience with experimentation, funnel analysis, and data-informed prioritization.
  • Comfort owning business-adjacent outcomes while maintaining a strong customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and ability to influence without authority.
  • Experience with AI-powered, creative, or content-rich products is a plus.
