- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of data scientists
- Drive insights across the full customer journey
- Identify key drivers of customer behavior
- Partner with Marketing, Finance, GTM, Sales, and Product to build strategy
- Lead measurement and experimentation efforts
- Define and track key business metrics
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related quantitative field
- 4+ years of people management experience
- Strong understanding of digital acquisition, lifecycle management, retention, and subscription or product-led growth models
- Experience driving business performance rhythms
- Solid foundation in analytics and data science methods
- Proficiency in SQL and Python or R
- Experience using visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field required; advanced degree preferred.
