About the role

  • Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs throughout the supply chain.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal suppliers and stakeholders to ensure quality, reliability and timely delivery.
  • Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Lead and motivate a team of professionals, assigning and organizing tasks, setting goals and ensuring the realization of goals.
  • Measure and report on KPIs related to customer service level support, including on-time delivery and on-time confirmation.
  • Analyze demand fluctuations, inventory shortages or distribution issues through Excel and Power BIs.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years in supply chain-related roles
  • Bachelor's degree in fields such as Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or related areas.
  • Experience in leadership or team management.
  • English proficiency
  • Knowledge and creation of software tools: SAP, Power BI and Microsoft Office.
