About the role
- Compliance with the Group’s Quality, Safety and Environment standards.
- Coordinate customer relations on operational matters (state of turbines, latest events, upcoming events, etc.)
- Answering the Client’s technical questions with the support of the maintenance center.
- Provide regulatory and contractual documentation to the client.
- Provide visibility about the intervention schedules for the upcoming weeks.
- Send level 1 proposals to clients about simple elements.
- Communicate with internal Vestas entities about machine stoppages.
- Provide information in order to calculate the machine’s performances every month.
- Calculate the performance levels according to the contractual impacts (bonuses and penalties).
- Follow-up of the ongoing projects.
- Ensure that the proper information is provided to the clients thanks to Vestas IT tools.
- Attend meetings with the clients to solve issues.
Requirements
- Either BTS or Bachelor degree
- Fluent English
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft's pack
- Ability to analyze and synthesize
- Sales oriented
- Good organization skills
