About the role

  • Compliance with the Group’s Quality, Safety and Environment standards.
  • Coordinate customer relations on operational matters (state of turbines, latest events, upcoming events, etc.)
  • Answering the Client’s technical questions with the support of the maintenance center.
  • Provide regulatory and contractual documentation to the client.
  • Provide visibility about the intervention schedules for the upcoming weeks.
  • Send level 1 proposals to clients about simple elements.
  • Communicate with internal Vestas entities about machine stoppages.
  • Provide information in order to calculate the machine’s performances every month.
  • Calculate the performance levels according to the contractual impacts (bonuses and penalties).
  • Follow-up of the ongoing projects.
  • Ensure that the proper information is provided to the clients thanks to Vestas IT tools.
  • Attend meetings with the clients to solve issues.

Requirements

  • Either BTS or Bachelor degree
  • Fluent English
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft's pack
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize
  • Sales oriented
  • Good organization skills
