About the role
- Lead daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and delivery targets are met.
- Manage and develop a team of Group Leads, fostering accountability and collaboration.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with factory goals and global standards.
- Collaborate across functions to support Tech Transfer, New Product Introduction (NPI), and process optimization.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment between production teams and management.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or similar technical education.
- Proven leadership experience in a global production environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
- Experience working with both production- and office based teams.
- Fluent in Danish and English.
