About the role
- Manage the technical execution of major product development projects
- Guide projects from the initial concept phase through to the start of manufacturing
- Define the project scope and requirements, managing interfaces between different technical areas
- Ensure quality and compliance, driving risk management activities
- Facilitate multidisciplinary engineering teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Marine, or Mechanical Engineering
- Solid working knowledge of Systems Engineering methods, including DFMEA, ConOps, requirement formulation, and functional modelling
- Minimum of six years of relevant industry experience
- Advantageous to have specialization in at least one Converter & Electrical (C&E) component area
- Understanding of project‑management methodologies, preferably PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum
- Experience working within structured product‑development processes and internal engineering procedures
- Demonstrated stakeholder‑management experience across the full value chain
