About the role
- Drive grid integration, technical scoping, and electrical solutions for offshore projects
- Collaborate across teams, shape product strategy, and deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions
- Support scoping, technical value engineering, and contracting from an electrical and grid perspective
- Provide feedback on Product Strategy and Management for future product improvements
- Ensure compliance with customer and TSO requirements in electrical project configurations
- Respond to customer inquiries, prepare tender clarifications, and manage key technical relationships
- Lead risk assessments and own relevant technical annexes and contract schedules
- Gather site/grid data and support grid integration studies with R&D experts
- Assist execution teams with grid simulations, test protocols, and compliance testing
- Engage with customers, TSOs, utilities, and certification bodies, staying updated on local regulations
Requirements
- A master’s or a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or Power Systems
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Solid understanding of regulatory electrical requirements and grid codes
- Familiarity with German grid code requirements
- Experience in power system analysis, including steady-state and transient studies
- Proficiency in power system simulation tools such as DIgSILENT, PSCAD, or PSSE
- Knowledge of HV/MV systems related to offshore wind turbine equipment
- Familiarity with industrial automation, PLC hardware, SCADA systems, and communication interfaces
