About the role

  • Drive grid integration, technical scoping, and electrical solutions for offshore projects
  • Collaborate across teams, shape product strategy, and deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions
  • Support scoping, technical value engineering, and contracting from an electrical and grid perspective
  • Provide feedback on Product Strategy and Management for future product improvements
  • Ensure compliance with customer and TSO requirements in electrical project configurations
  • Respond to customer inquiries, prepare tender clarifications, and manage key technical relationships
  • Lead risk assessments and own relevant technical annexes and contract schedules
  • Gather site/grid data and support grid integration studies with R&D experts
  • Assist execution teams with grid simulations, test protocols, and compliance testing
  • Engage with customers, TSOs, utilities, and certification bodies, staying updated on local regulations

Requirements

  • A master’s or a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or Power Systems
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Solid understanding of regulatory electrical requirements and grid codes
  • Familiarity with German grid code requirements
  • Experience in power system analysis, including steady-state and transient studies
  • Proficiency in power system simulation tools such as DIgSILENT, PSCAD, or PSSE
  • Knowledge of HV/MV systems related to offshore wind turbine equipment
  • Familiarity with industrial automation, PLC hardware, SCADA systems, and communication interfaces
