About the role
- Help refine our sales motion and evolve our account expansion process
- Build and implement strategic account plans
- Lead the team’s ongoing sales pipeline and forecasts
- Coach, mentor, guide, and drive development through skill mentoring
- Collect market/customer information and provide feedback to our product organization
- Joint selling with channel ecosystem and Product Specialists on large complex deals
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS
- 5+ years in sales career with distinction and achievement
- Proven record as a team leader selling a suite of products
- Proven track record to consistently generate revenue and exceed quota
- A passion for mentoring and developing sales talent
- BA/BS from an accredited college or university
