About the role

  • Help refine our sales motion and evolve our account expansion process
  • Build and implement strategic account plans
  • Lead the team’s ongoing sales pipeline and forecasts
  • Coach, mentor, guide, and drive development through skill mentoring
  • Collect market/customer information and provide feedback to our product organization
  • Joint selling with channel ecosystem and Product Specialists on large complex deals

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS
  • 5+ years in sales career with distinction and achievement
  • Proven record as a team leader selling a suite of products
  • Proven track record to consistently generate revenue and exceed quota
  • A passion for mentoring and developing sales talent
  • BA/BS from an accredited college or university
