Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product, systems, or interaction design
- Exceptional visual, interaction, and prototype design skills
- Subject matter expertise in brands and brand systems
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize for user and business impact
- Expertise in Figma; experience with AI-powered design tools preferred
- Accessibility Design Skills: Familiarity with WCAG standards and testing for compliance; certifications a plus
