- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of AI Engagement Managers

- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate field insights

Requirements
- 8+ years in digital strategy, enterprise consulting, or AI/ML roles
- 2+ years in people leadership or team management
- Proven ability to lead customer-facing consulting talent
- Deep understanding of GenAI and Adobe Firefly
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation programs
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Firefly, and GenStudio Modules
- Expertise in scaled agile delivery methodologies and tools (Jira, Workfront, Confluence, Miro)
- Exceptional communication and executive influence
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer and team engagement
