Requirements

  • 8+ years in digital strategy, enterprise consulting, or AI/ML roles
  • 2+ years in people leadership or team management
  • Proven ability to lead customer-facing consulting talent
  • Deep understanding of GenAI and Adobe Firefly
  • Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation programs
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Firefly, and GenStudio Modules
  • Expertise in scaled agile delivery methodologies and tools (Jira, Workfront, Confluence, Miro)
  • Exceptional communication and executive influence
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer and team engagement
