About the role
- Act as the primary liaison between business partners and development teams
- Partner with customer-facing leaders to understand struggles, capacity constraints, and performance expectations
- Ensure tooling solutions support efficient delivery workflows and drive reportable impacts
- Own the development of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), ensuring alignment between business objectives, functional requirements, and success criteria
- Coordinate end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy for operational tool improvements and new system implementations
- Collaborate with the Enablement team to drive effective rollout and adoption of tooling enhancements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or similar roles
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, business stakeholders, and customer-facing teams
- Strong ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured requirements
- Proven track record of driving operational tooling or systems improvements
- Skilled at navigating matrixed environments and building alignment across business and technical partners
- Strategic problem solver with strong execution rigor
- Experience with Workfront preferred, especially within complex, cross-functional environments
