About the role

  • Create operational processes to ensure end-to-end reporting is identical across various reporting systems, including CRM, ERP and Anaplan
  • Be the sales comp systems expert by defining requirements for system enhancements
  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis using various tools such as SQL queries
  • Partner with key stakeholders across multiple organizations including Sales Finance and Sales Operations
  • Serve as project SME and offer training/support to overall Sales organization as needed

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; MBA preferred
  • 6-10 years’ experience in Global Compensation, data analysis, product delivery management
  • Expert with CRMs, ERPs, and Anaplan
  • Familiarity with fiscal planning cycles and ad hoc financial analysis
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated to achieve results without requiring constant follow-up
  • Ability to reorder priorities on short-notice and adapt to changing requirements
