About the role
- Create operational processes to ensure end-to-end reporting is identical across various reporting systems, including CRM, ERP and Anaplan
- Be the sales comp systems expert by defining requirements for system enhancements
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis using various tools such as SQL queries
- Partner with key stakeholders across multiple organizations including Sales Finance and Sales Operations
- Serve as project SME and offer training/support to overall Sales organization as needed
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; MBA preferred
- 6-10 years’ experience in Global Compensation, data analysis, product delivery management
- Expert with CRMs, ERPs, and Anaplan
- Familiarity with fiscal planning cycles and ad hoc financial analysis
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, time management and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated to achieve results without requiring constant follow-up
- Ability to reorder priorities on short-notice and adapt to changing requirements
