Combine deep technical expertise with strategic oversight across the practice
Lead enterprise-scale integrations within the Adobe digital marketing platform
Serve as a technical authority mentoring consultants and shaping solution design
Assess current architecture and marketing capabilities
Lead project execution reviews using delivery frameworks
Develop and implement inspection strategy using QA methodologies
Collaborate with Engagement and practice leads to champion continuous improvement
Validate handoff docs and SOWs for feasibility, alignment, and risk
Act as the bridge from deal close to kickoff and refine templates

Requirements

10+ years of experience in technical consulting
Proven track record of leading complex Adobe Experience Cloud implementations
Strong understanding of Workfront, DPO, JIRA, and Confluence
Experience inspecting and improving delivery across multiple practices or business units
Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaborator management skills
Knowledge of PMO governance and deep experience in delivery assurance, or enterprise enablement preferred
Proven ability to mentor and develop consulting talent.
