About the role
- Continuously refine our regular planning process and Adobe Workfront/Workfront Planner instances.
- Recommend improvements based on inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
- Lead the implementation of approved process changes.
- Standardize content production tracking and reporting frameworks.
- Maintain clear documentation and process guides for the content production model.
- Be a champion for content management guidelines throughout the organization through trainings, communications, and peer support.
- Collaborate with business operations, global and regional content teams, campaign marketing, and creative teams to drive efficiencies and improve internal communication.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in content management, content operations, content marketing, or a similar role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Strong operational, project management, and documentation skills
- Understanding of B2B marketing, content supply chain, and the potential of AI for improving efficiencies in content operations
- Adobe Workfront experience preferred
