About the role
- Lead all aspects of Professional Services capacity planning to ensure resources are improved efficiently.
- Provide strategic, data-driven insights that support ambitious business decision-making and growth.
- Present data and insights to collaborators in a clear and compelling manner.
- Collaborate with teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Monitor and analyze benchmarks to determine business trends.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through strict adherence to data governance principles.
- Successfully implement data analytics projects from conception to completion.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the Professional Services domain.
- Proven background as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a related position.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical collaborators.
