About the role
- Define and operationalize a multi-quarter strategy for AI-powered insight creation
- Build and lead a distributed newsroom of storytellers
- Architect human-plus-AI pipelines

Requirements
- 10+ years leading high-stakes editorial or insights programs
- 5+ years building teams and cultures that ship high-quality content
- Hands-on experience using LLMs and generative AI

- Strong program management and editorial operations discipline
- Familiarity with Adobe’s products and communities
