Work with audio researchers, model builders, evaluation engineers, and product managers to evaluate audio & video model developments
Design and implement evaluation methodologies, metrics, and user studies for audio product features
Prepare and present reports and findings to cross-functional teams and product leadership
Contribute to strategic product decisions

Requirements

MSc or PhD in cognitive science, neuroscience, psychology, or computer science
6+ years of relevant research experience (e.g., Postdoctoral experience or relevant industry experience)
Expertise in the audio domain (one or more of: speech, music, SFX)
Crowdsourcing or user study experience
Experience designing and running perception/psychophysics experiments
Proficiency in data analysis and applied stats
Comfort with Python and/or scripting languages
