About the role
- Rapidly design and implement features and integrations based on immediate customer requirements
- Experiment with Generative AI and agentic workflows
- Write clean, efficient, and testable Java/Scala code
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues in real-time
- Partner with senior architects to understand the 'why' behind the build
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience with strong fundamentals in Java or Scala
- Experience building backend services using frameworks like Spring Boot
- Familiarity with LLM Development: You have used APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini)
- Solid understanding of REST API concepts
- Practical experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
- A 'hacker' mindset: You are curious and learn new technologies quickly
