About the role
- Responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering high-quality digital experiences on the AEM Assets platform
- Collaborate with development, design, marketing, and business teams
- Drive business growth for a well-established product, with AI/GenAI first thinking
- Lead the planning and implementation of roadmaps
- Technically well equipped to work with engineers and quality engineers
- Own progress through the product development life cycle
- Own key metrics to monitor business objectives
Requirements
- Overall 8-9 years of work experience
- 5-6 years of product management experience, ideally in a B2B/SaaS environment
- Proven track record of scaling successful products
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, including LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini)
- Bachelor in Engineering and MBA from a reputable institute
- Strong leadership skills to drive consensus on requirements
- Strong communication (both verbal and written) and inter-personal skills
