Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering and software development
- Proven expertise in designing and deploying scalable data solutions using SQL and Python
- In-depth knowledge of data architecture
- Extensive experience with modern data platforms and tools, particularly Databricks, Azure, and Airflow
- Experience using AI tools (e.g. Cursor)
- Knowledge of standard engineering productivity tools such as GitHub, JIRA, Confluence
- Experience building conversational and workflow automation AI agents in production environments
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
