About the role
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of AI Engagement Managers
- Create a culture of customer obsession and continuous learning
- Oversee large-scale enterprise programs focused on Firefly and GenAI adoption
- Act as the executive escalation point and trusted advisor for strategic customers
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate field insights
- Stay current on GenAI advancements and advocate for consulting excellence
Requirements
- 8+ years in digital strategy, enterprise consulting, or AI/ML roles
- 2+ years in people leadership or team management
- Proven ability to lead customer-facing consulting talent
- Deep understanding of GenAI, Adobe Firefly, and AI models
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation programs
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Expertise in scaled agile delivery methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro)
- Exceptional communication and executive influence
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer engagement
