Project Manager

• Efficiently oversee and manage complex projects in the area of graphic design, branding strategy, communication campaigns (brand identity implementation, transformation, marketing campaigns)
• Work closely and coordinate a creative project team, conduct planning sessions, set priorities, project tasks and deadlines
• Create project briefing, budget and cost estimation
• Regularly monitor project status, timeline, used hours and budget and take necessary actions to mitigate risks and ensure completing projects on a specific schedule and within an agreed-upon budget and estimated hours
• Oversee, plan, coordinate and conduct meetings with clients, align with multiple stakeholders, take part in complex discussions, navigate strategic client partnerships
• Achieve business and financial objectives and drive the growth of Admind’s business
• Build, maintain and strengthen relations with clients, collect, address and implement clients' comments and feedback
• Work closely with Design Leads and Growth Team in developing proposals, pitching ideas to the clients
• Track and report on key metrics such as project profitability, billable time and provide recommendations how to improve them in given project
• Mentor and support junior members of the team while working on projects

Senior Project Manager

Designer

• Oversee and take responsibility for execution of projects such as print and digital materials
• Manage a team of designers: provide design and technical support, share knowledge, give regular feedback, plan and monitor work, delegate tasks, conduct one-on-ones, set goals and motivate
• Participate in recruiting and onboarding new team members
• Work closely with clients: present visual concepts, discuss project progress
• Support project managers with accurate time estimates and consistent communication
• Adhere to and develop clients’ brand guidelines in design area
• Optimize workflow efficiency by leveraging new technologies (such as AI) and implementing best practices

Design Team Lead

Brand Designer

• Create clear, consistent and up-to-date brand principles to improve brand visual language
• Design within constraints (client branding guidelines and strict rules) finding innovative solutions
• Deliver on-brand assets aligning with client standards, define corner cases and establish best practices
• Write clear principles, guidelines and instructions for various stakeholders
• Find quick solutions to present ideas/concepts to clients on short notice demonstrating design thinking
• Regularly meet with clients to gather information and present projects
• Collaborate with diverse team including copywriters, branding specialists, and project managers

Graphics Designer

• Deliver on-brand solutions that address clients' needs
• Responsible for the production of digital and print design materials
• Design according to client’s branding guidelines, following strict rules, with focus on typography and design details
• Meet with clients regularly to gather information, present or discuss projects and processes
• Find solutions on how to present ideas/concepts to clients
• Collaborate within an international team of branding and design professionals
