About the role

  • Own category outcomes across the Americas for Promotional Premium Merchandise.
  • Set the category vision, supplier panel strategy, governance model, and performance standards.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver multi-year savings, profitability, and risk management results.
  • Define category roadmaps, supplier panel design, and operating rhythm (QBRs, performance standards).
  • Lead high-impact commercial frameworks: rebates/fees, rate-card strategies, indexation, service-level credits, and implementation controls.
  • Influence Account Leadership and buying team adoption; resolve conflicts between speed, cost, quality, and compliance.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in procurement/category leadership, preferably with marketing materials, packaging, print, displays, or premiums.
  • Demonstrated leadership across complex stakeholder networks and supplier markets.
