Own the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing against revenue targets.
Develop and maintain strong client and partner relationships to drive adoption, satisfaction, and renewals.
Consultatively sell Adjust’s suite of solutions and services, adapting your pitch to a wide range of stakeholders and decision makers.
Monitor client usage patterns and sentiment to proactively manage health and reduce churn risk.
Identify and execute expansion and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
Work closely with partners to generate pipeline and influence revenue through partner-influenced deals.
Provide input to the product team based on client feedback and market trends.
Represent Adjust at industry events and with mobile ecosystem partners to elevate brand visibility.
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in Salesforce (SFDC).
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role (Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success) within a SaaS, AdTech, or investment banking, consulting company.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas or client retention goals.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable discussing product features, integrations, and technical concepts with stakeholders.
Strong ability to understand local markets and customer needs via curiosity, asking open-ended questions and active listening.
Fluent in English.
Able to work independently, while also thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
