About the role
- Establish strong relations with potential mobile gaming and app advertisers in GCR
- Responsible for pipeline management including lead generation and closing
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders on onboarding and client growth
- Manage a portfolio of existing partners with a focus on growing revenue
- Analyze KPIs and trends related to partner performance
- Develop growth strategies leveraging all adjoe products
- Maintain strong relationships through communication and regular meetings
- Support new partners during onboarding
- Prepare and present reports to partners
- Gather and communicate partner requests to internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in account management and operations
- Experience in adtech or mobile advertising preferred
- Understanding of standard KPIs in adtech: CPI, eCPM, CPC, Conversion, Retention, ARPU, ROAS
- Expert with Google Suite (especially Sheets and Slides)
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (verbal and written)
- Experience using CRM systems
- Output- and revenue-driven attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
