About the role

  • Establish strong relations with potential mobile gaming and app advertisers in GCR
  • Responsible for pipeline management including lead generation and closing
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders on onboarding and client growth
  • Manage a portfolio of existing partners with a focus on growing revenue
  • Analyze KPIs and trends related to partner performance
  • Develop growth strategies leveraging all adjoe products
  • Maintain strong relationships through communication and regular meetings
  • Support new partners during onboarding
  • Prepare and present reports to partners
  • Gather and communicate partner requests to internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management and operations
  • Experience in adtech or mobile advertising preferred
  • Understanding of standard KPIs in adtech: CPI, eCPM, CPC, Conversion, Retention, ARPU, ROAS
  • Expert with Google Suite (especially Sheets and Slides)
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (verbal and written)
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Output- and revenue-driven attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
