Manage and expand a portfolio of enterprise-level app publisher accounts with primary focus on maximizing partner revenue
Develop comprehensive short- and long-term strategies for account growth and proactively identify new opportunities
Conduct in-depth analysis of KPIs related to partner performance and deliver data-informed insights
Lead high-stakes negotiations for contract renewals, multi-year agreements and SLAs with leading apps and brands
Cultivate and maintain strong collaborative relationships with publisher stakeholders from technical leads to C-suite
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processes, product and technical implementations
Build and maintain in-depth understanding of industry trends, regulations, and competitive dynamics to refine adjoe's value propositions
Requirements
10+ years experience in B2B tech account management
3+ years managing enterprise accounts in sectors such as loyalty programs, delivery and quick-service restaurants, fintech, e-commerce, and mobility apps
Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar accounts and consistently exceeding annual targets of $5M+
Excellent analytical skills with ability to connect disparate data points to form strategic insights
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Strong sense of ownership and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Significant experience collaborating closely with product, legal, and data security teams to implement complex technical solutions
