About the role
- Own and manage our global onboarding program end-to-end
- Design and deliver onboarding content, including learning materials
- Act as the main liaison to coordinate logistics for new hires
- Support new hires through the onboarding and probation period
- Standardize and maintain onboarding processes across global offices
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in project or program management
- Proven experience in curriculum design or content development
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to translate complex technical topics into easy digestible storylines
- Proficiency with project management and learning management systems (LMS) is a bonus
