About the role
- Process the monthly payroll (hires, terminations, vacations, contributions, etc.)
- Verify labor calculations and social charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF)
- Be familiar with eSocial, DCTFWeb and other ancillary obligations
- Manage and update employee records
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll
- Support internal and external audits
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields
- Previous experience with payroll
- Knowledge of labor and social security legislation
- Experience with payroll components
- Intermediate Excel
- Intermediate/Advanced Spanish desirable
