About the role

  • Coordinate orders received from the Sales Department and create purchase orders to send to suppliers
  • Control costs and margins for all sales orders
  • Receive, interpret, and organize Adistec order usage reports
  • Assist the Operations Coordinator in managing imports and acquire the necessary knowledge to perform them in the Coordinator's absence
  • Participate in all training related to processing orders from new and existing suppliers
  • Take part in routine cross-training for all tasks within the Operations department
  • Attend meetings organized by the operations team
  • Maintain service quality by establishing and reinforcing organizational standards
  • Receive and dispatch licenses to our clients
  • Manage complaints with suppliers
  • Maintain open and effective communication with the Sales department to track order progress
  • Maintain effective communication with suppliers to ensure correct processing of purchase orders
  • Invoice all company activities (if not the designated billing person, training and updates on the process are required)
  • Inventory control

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Customs Brokerage, or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics, Order Management, Purchasing, Procurement, or Administration
  • Languages: Intermediate Spanish (desired)
  • Microsoft Excel – Advanced level (Required)
  • Windows and Microsoft Office – Intermediate level
  • ERPs (Preferred)
