About the role
- Strategy Execution & Account Management: Execute seasonal account marketing and activation plans aligned with brand and sales priorities
- Lead in-store activations, product launches, and promotional campaigns with Visual Merchandising and Trade Marketing teams
- Oversee POS execution and sell-out measurement with KPIs
- Collaborate with retailers to secure premium brand positioning and integration of digital assets
- Analyze activation effectiveness and manage budget ROI
- Build strong relationships with wholesale accounts and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in Marketing, Digital, or Account Management
- Experience managing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration
- Proven track record in executing account-based marketing strategies with a focus on sell-through and consumer engagement
