About the role
- Responsible for the profitable development of strategic accounts within your scope
- Implement the commercial strategy and drive the achievement of net sales targets
- Forecast sales, manage commercial activity and handle order management
- Define and drive the commercial strategy for your key accounts
- Monitor order performance through to actual sales
- Adjust actions using performance indicators
- Manage the P&L in close collaboration with Finance teams
- Lead and develop your team and our external partners
- Foster a performance-driven culture among identified talents
- Build strong, long-term relationships with your partners
Requirements
- Degree from a business school or university
- At least 6 years of commercial experience, ideally in the sports industry or in FMCG
- Minimum 3 years of team and/or operational management experience
- Strong knowledge of distribution channels and sales and negotiation techniques
- Comfortable managing commercial and financial performance
- Strong analytical mindset
- Autonomous, proactive and results-oriented
- Comfortable with digital tools
- Fluent in French and English (C1 level)
