About the role

  • Responsible for the profitable development of strategic accounts within your scope
  • Implement the commercial strategy and drive the achievement of net sales targets
  • Forecast sales, manage commercial activity and handle order management
  • Define and drive the commercial strategy for your key accounts
  • Monitor order performance through to actual sales
  • Adjust actions using performance indicators
  • Manage the P&L in close collaboration with Finance teams
  • Lead and develop your team and our external partners
  • Foster a performance-driven culture among identified talents
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with your partners

Requirements

  • Degree from a business school or university
  • At least 6 years of commercial experience, ideally in the sports industry or in FMCG
  • Minimum 3 years of team and/or operational management experience
  • Strong knowledge of distribution channels and sales and negotiation techniques
  • Comfortable managing commercial and financial performance
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Autonomous, proactive and results-oriented
  • Comfortable with digital tools
  • Fluent in French and English (C1 level)
