About the role
- Gain hands‑on experience across key reward areas such as compensation, benefits, and reward processes
- Support regular reporting and tracking of key HR Rewards KPIs across compensation, benefits, and reward processes
- Provide insights through data analysis and trend monitoring to support reward cycles, planning, and decision‑making
- Help support the execution of reward programs and processes, tailoring outputs to the needs of different stakeholders and markets
- Contribute to improvements across internal tools and data flows, supporting accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in rewards delivery
- Support day‑to‑day operational activities within HR Rewards and provide general support across the HR Rewards team
Requirements
- Currently studying Business, HR, Economics, Data/Analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with an interest in reward data and insights
- Comfortable working with large data sets and translating data into meaningful insights
- Confident using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Co-Pilot and Word
- A collaborative team player with a proactive and structured approach
- Curious and eager to learn how HR Rewards operates end‑to‑end, from data and policy to execution and communication
- Understanding of the HR Rewards concepts, data, and key reward‑related metrics
- Structured, organised and detail oriented
- Proactive problem solver with a solution-oriented mindset
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player who enjoys working in an international environment
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
- Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate)
- Availability for the full duration of the internship from Sept 2026 – Feb 2027
