About the role
- Lead the identification and development of commercial growth initiatives
- Drive end-to-end execution of business initiatives
- Prepare detailed business cases and financial plans for new initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of projects
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors
- Work closely with the Legal team throughout the contractual process
- Report regularly on project progress, performance metrics, and areas for further optimization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- Master’s degree is a plus
- Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in business development, project management, or related job
- Proficient in written & spoken English
- Understanding of any additional written & spoken European language is a plus
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office Suite
