About the role

  • Support the interface to internal teams while coordinating and developing applications to efficiently achieve sales and service targets
  • Conducts end to end review of Customer Applications specific processes to optimize resources and time
  • Supports daily workflow direction to Application Representatives (ApS)
  • Facilitates IT generated changes
  • Support cross functional relationships to discuss and seek resolution to problem solve issues
  • Actively support in specialized training
  • Represent Order Management team as subject matter expert
  • Support ad hoc execution of transactions as needed
  • Monitor internal request process
  • Identify training opportunities, develop training documentation, and lead training sessions
  • Provide team direction, prioritize team workload, and manage project timelines and deliverables
  • Manage the day-to-day details of projects and coordinate with relevant stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Information Systems, Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • SAP expertise in Sales & Distribution, Process Automation
  • Ability to collaborate, consult, and communicate with business partners and stakeholders
  • MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Teams, Sharepoint) and Smartsheets
