About the role
- Develop and execute category activation plans to improve Brand and Business KPI’s in the Nordics.
- Lead paid media planning and campaigns, partnering with agencies to set targets and optimize performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign results, sharing learnings with marketing teams and senior management.
- Ensure Nordic Sports Marketing partnerships are activated in line with category objectives and brand guidelines.
- Support the Go To Market team by coordinating and managing category direction and concepts for sell-in marketing plans for the football category each season to ensure consistency from sell-in to sell-out.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of Experience in Brand Marketing & Brand Communications
- Paid media planning and performance optimization
- Budget and project management
- Implementation-driven with strong follow-through and follow-up
- University degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
