About the role
- Ensures that KPIs in a designated area of the store are met or exceeded.
- Coordinates team members to achieve the best possible balance between customer service and store operations.
- Monitors and coaches the team within an assigned area of responsibility.
- Allocates resources and organizes workflows within their area of responsibility.
- Tracks the operational results of their area and initiates necessary actions.
- Serves as a role model for customer service and drives sales.
- Actively leads and coordinates their team.
- Understands customer expectations and trains their team accordingly.
Requirements
- Retail qualification/apprenticeship
- English language skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in sports and/or fashion retail
- Advanced sales experience
- Comprehensive product knowledge
- Adequate literacy and numeracy skills
- Advanced communication skills
