About the role
- Support WHS Planning activities in line with WHS BP&A team with oversight on sales, inventory, discount, return and RFC / IBP submission support
- Coordinate with the channels to provide overview at an overall golf business level of planning and realization of key metrics and initiatives (e.g. Clearance)
- Provide day‑to‑day coordination support for priority projects across Marketing, Sales, Operations.
- Prepare project documentation and ensure teams have the latest information and updates.
- Organize and run business meetings related to Golf priorities (weekly reviews, planning sessions, cross‑functional check‑ins).
- Track progress of change adoption and ensure cross‑functional teams remain aligned.
Requirements
- University degree required.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in business operations, project coordination, planning, or similar roles.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments.
- Experience preparing reports, presentations, or business updates.
