About the role
- Coordinate and oversee architectural design for all store concepts
- Manage project management of new store openings end-to-end
- Provide insights and recommendations on performance trends
- Plan and implement store concepts for new adidas retail stores
- Identify scope of work, budget, and timeline for new projects
- Review documentation packs to ensure design accuracy
- Manage contractors across multiple projects
- Conduct site inspections and obtain design approvals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree related to Store Development/Architecture and Planning
- 4-5 years of professional work experience in Design Management or Construction Project Management
- Previous industry experience including sporting goods, fashion, FMCG
- Cross-functional experience ideally with Customer Service/Operations/IT/Sales/Finance
- Ability to travel frequently to for site visits and inspections across Australia and New Zealand
